All prices on our website are for reference only and are subject to change at any time. We are currently updating prices across all products.
Shipping
- All orders ship via ground carriers.
- For stocked items, delivery is estimated at 7 to 14 business days. The carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery window.Β
- Free shipping is available within the continental U.S. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Delivery times may be delayed due to certain shipping address, weather conditions, or holiday seasons. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
- Standard shipping includes curbside or threshold delivery only. Carriers are not responsible for moving items inside your home. Please arrange for assistance upon delivery, as items may be large and heavy.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by logistics or third-party production schedules are beyond our control. We are not affiliated with manufacturers, overseas ports, vessels, or freight companies.
Additional Shipping Charges
- If a re-delivery is required due to an address change, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
- If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, re-delivery fees starting at $95 (depending on location) will apply.
- If you request to hold the freight, you will be responsible for daily storage fees set by the carrier.
- If you use your own freight carrier for pickup, we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
- Refusing delivery for any reason other than transit damage makes you liable for all outbound and return shipping costs. A 35% restocking fee will also apply per our Return Policy.
Damages & Claims
- If your order arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours to file a claim.
- Provide photos (including box labels) and a written description via email. Keep all original packaging during the claim process.
- Claims do not qualify for refunds. Approved claims may result in replacements (based on availability) or repairs. Please allow a few days for processing.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
- If damage is visible, take photos before unloading and refuse only the affected item. Notify us immediately so we can file a claim to process a replacement.
- If you sign the delivery receipt without noting any issues, Stylish Design Furniture is not responsible for damages, shortages, or defects found afterward and you assume responsibility.
- Only our claims department can authorize resolutionsβsales representatives or delivery teams cannot make claim decisions.
Color & Product Variations
- Natural materials like leather, wood, and stone may have variations in color, texture, and grain, which are not considered defects.
- Leather colors may vary between production batches.
- Computer and phone screens may display colors differently. Digital and printed images may also vary slightly from the actual product.
- Customers should request high-resolution images before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
- By completing a purchase, you agree not to dispute the finish, color, texture, or other physical attributes of the product after delivery.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placement via email. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours or once they have shipped.
Warranty
- A six-month limited warranty covers manufacturer defects from the date of purchase for the original buyer.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Dining table tops are not covered under the warranty.
