Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placement via email. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone.
- Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours or once they have shipped.

RETURN POLICY
You may return eligible products within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, new condition with all packaging materials included. Claim cases do not qualify for refunds (see claim instructions under "Shipping"). A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns or refunds.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Return Policy Details
- Customers are responsible for return shipping to our designated warehouse, using their own carrier and providing a tracking number once shipped.
- The 35% restocking fee is deducted from your refund after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be free of damage, modifications, or wear.
- Returns must be in original packaging. Assembled merchandise, including items delivered via white glove service, cannot be returned.
- Items will not be accepted for return after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Refunds will be issued only after the manufacturer receives and approves the return in accordance with the stated conditions.
Oversized Items & Fit Issues
If a product does not fit through doors, stairwells, or elevators and must be returned or refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. To confirm boxed dimensions before ordering, please contact us.
Customers are fully responsible for measuring their space and ensuring the furniture fits through all entryways.Β Customer must also order the correct configuration, size, material, and color.
RETURN PROCESS

Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number
- Email stylishdesignfurniture@gmail.com with photos of the product and original packaging for approval.
- If approved, we will provide the RA number and return warehouse address.

Repack the Product
- Use the original box and packaging materials.
- Do not mark or alter the original boxβimproper labeling may result in return denial.

Ship the Product
- Use a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Email us the tracking number to expedite your return process.

Damaged Returns
- If a returned item is damaged during transit, we will notify you via email.
- The item will be held for 30 days, during which you must file a claim with your shipping carrier.
- If we do not receive instructions from you within 30 days, the item will be donated or discarded.
REFUND POLICY
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in original condition approved.
- Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment in 14 days after approval.
- Returns without a proper RA number will not be accepted.
- Orders already prepared for shipping but later approved for refund will also be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special orders or custom purchases
- Used, modified, assembled, or installed items
- Products not in resalable condition
- Items without a Return Authorization Number
- Products altered, painted, or repaired
- Items not in original packaging
- Orders that have already shipped and in transit
Items found to be in working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a full refund. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
COLOR & MATERIAL VARIATIONS
- Natural materials such as wood, leather, and stone may have variations in color, texture, and grain, which are not considered defects.
- Leather colors may vary between production batches.
- Computer screen settings and display technologies can cause colors to appear differently.
- Customers are responsible for requesting additional high-resolution images before purchase.
- Disputes regarding finish, color, texture, or any physical attributes will not be accepted after delivery.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
- 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturer defects from the date of purchase.
- This does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Dining table tops are not covered under warranty.
