Shipping and Return
*All prices on website are for reference only and are subject to change anytime. Currently we are updating prices on all products.
SHIPPING
- Shipping Times may differ depending on shipping address, weather delays, or holiday seasons on stocked items. Please inquire. On stocked items, our general shipping estimate from CA to depending on your delivery state is 1 to 3 weeks. If you have specified date of arrival please notate on order or inquire. On special orders please refer to special order policy.
- Due to size of this product standard shipping service covers curb-side delivery only.
- Shipping company is not responsible for lifting or carrying the item into your home for curbside delivery. Please make arrangements to prepare yourself and have help upon delivery of your merchandise as most deliveries consist of large and heavy items.
- Some parts of the city and state may require additional shipping fee based on your shipping location. Certain products may require additional shipping charge for additional care to be shipped. We will notify you of the additional shipping fee.
- All merchandise is previously inspected before we ship it out to you.
- THE SHIPPING TIMES WE QUOTE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. We will not compensate due to delays in production and shipping which may occur. Delays in production, back order and shipping may occur. If a delay occurs, don't panic. We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high-ticket and large items, which come from all over the world. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, due to production delays, weather delays, transit delays or other factors not in our control. We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and notify all our customers promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Due to increased security by governments, customs delay may also occur, which is beyond our control.
- CANADA shipping cost does not include custom clearing. Please provide custom broker information at time of purchase otherwise you will be contacted at the border to provide custom clearance.
- If carrier has to re deliver to another shipping address other than address on the order you will be responsible for additional shipping charge that will incur.
- If carrier has to re deliver because at the scheduled time, you are not available to accept, you will be responsible for additional shipping charge that will incur which will start at $95 ~ $ depending on your location, will be charged to your account.
- There will be additional service charge you will be responsible for if serviced inside delivery when curbside delivery was chosen for your order.
- If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. 35% restocking fee will also be deducted according to Return Policy below.
- If you authorize the product to be delivered in your absence or without your inspection, you automatically represent that the product is received in good condition and will void all rights to returns, claims and insurance!
- Items prior to being shipped out are thoroughly inspected by quality control. Because of this, furniture deliveries are received in good condition UNLESS damaged in transit.
- If the merchandise arrived damaged indicate on the delivery paper or receipt, please contact us within 48 hours. Prepare to provide pictures (including picture of description of item on the box) and details in a written form and submit to us via email. Please keep all original packaging during claim process. Items will be replaced upon availability or repaired once approved by claims department after reviewing your claims. Claim cases does not qualify for refund. Allow few days to review and to response after claim has been submitted. After 48 hours from the delivery date, we will not be able to accept any claims in regards to your order.
- If you authorize and approve without signature upon delivery though we require per our company policy, YOU are fully liable and we are not responsible for any damage, shortage or defects discovered after the delivery.
- Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate "Damaged" or it's the "wrong item" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged or wrong. If the product itself appears severely damaged or it's the wrong item you must take pictures of the packaging when being unloaded or while in the truck. You must submit the pictures and you may refuse the delivery on only the damaged or the wrong piece only. Please notify Stylish Design of refusal so we can anticipate the return and send out replacement upon available
- All claims will be resolved and authorized only by the claims department and not by the sales representative or the delivery team.
**Please inspect all merchandise before signing any delivery receipt. You have both a right AND a responsibility to inspect all items carefully during the delivery.
- If delivery receipt was signed free and clear, indicating no damage at the time the freight was tendered to the cosignee (YOU) Stylish Design Furniture is not responsible for any damages, shortages or defects discovered after signing the delivery papers.
- In the event that damage is not noted on the waybill when signed "received in good condition" on the delivery receipt/paper, it is impossible to file claim with the trucking company. In this case, it is impossible for us to help out further. A signature that indicates acceptance; without inspecting, you are accepting the shipment "as is" and will be fully responsible for any replacements (including freight) or repair costs if transit related.
- If you refuse delivery of an item that is in good condition and neither damaged nor defective, you will be responsible for the ACTUAL freight charges for both ways and a restocking fee of 35%.
- If by some reason you are not available or you refuse delivery other than the reason of damage or defect of the merchandise or if you request to hold the freight, you will be liable for daily storage fees assigned by the carrier.
- If you are requesting to have your own Freight Carrier company to pick up your order, we are not responsible for any shipping damages that incur during transit after pick up.
CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement by sending us an email. Cancellation cannot be done over the phone.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of order placement.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after its been shipped.
- Cancellation/Refund will be processed/applied in 5 to 7 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You may return the eligible product back within 7 days of receipt in original packaged new condition. Claim case does not qualify for refund (see above under claim instruction). A Return Authorization number and a valid Invoice are required for all returns or refunds. Merchandise must be in new condition and in original package, all the parts and packaging materials should be included. The original shipping or delivery charges (if there were any shipping charges) are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to 35% restocking fee.
Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for shipping back to manufacturer the return items in original package using your own carrier providing with tracking number once shipped. A 35% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received, verified and also confirmed to be free of damage, modification or wear, then refund after deduction will be processed.
We cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise including after white glove delivery service. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 7 days from the delivery date. You will only receive refund given in the original form of payment once the manufacturer receives the returned item and approves the condition as instructed above.
If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery 'will not fit' through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward & return carriage costs. If you need to confirm the boxed dimensions of the product, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Customer takes full responsibility to measure their space and make sure that the furniture will fit and will clear all doorways, stairways or elevator. Customer takes full responsibility for ordering the correct configuration, size, material and color.
Picture vs Reality
Color, texture, and graining variations in shade can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. Digital or printed image colors can also be slightly different from the originals. It is the customer's responsibility to request additional high resolution pictures so that they may see exactly what they are getting before purchasing. Customer also agrees that they may not dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.
RETURN PROCESS
- Request Return Authorization Number by email to stylishdesignfurniture@gmail.com and provide picture of current condition of your order which includes picture of original package for approval by Stylish Design Furniture. Once approved of the condition required, we will provide RA # and the warehouse return address.
- We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 72 hours+ with return instructions on how to return the product.
- Shipping the product back to warehouse:
- Please repack the products for return in the original box with original packaging material and additional tags attached to merchandise. Do not mark the original box, improper labeling may result in the denial of return.
- Ship the product to the warehouse address provided on RA using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered. If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund. The package should be fully insured. We will not accept any uninsured packages.
- We require that returns are shipped via a carrier that will provide you with a return tracking number. If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued. Providing a tracking number will also accelerate your return process. Retain your tracking number and email it to us at stylishdesignfurniture@gmail.com so that we can check on the progress of your return.
- In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, Stylish Design Furniture will refuse the delivery or inform the customer via email that the item was received damaged and will hold the product for up to 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct Stylish Design Furniture concerning what to do with the damaged product. If Stylish Design Furniture has not received notification or response from the customer within 30 days, the item will be moved out from warehouse and donated.
REFUNDS
- All returns are subject to 35% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Once the returned item has been received, verified and also confirmed to be free of damage, modification or wear, then the refund will be processed with 35% restocking fee deducted.
- The refund will be given in the original form of payment.
- Items returned without the proper RA# will not be accepted. Please read your return instructions carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.
- Please be patient during this period as it may be a lengthy process, due to transportation management and circumstances that are out of the reach of both parties.
- Orders that already has been prepared for shipping, if approved by Stylish Design Furniture for Refund, then there's 35% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special purchases, including: special orders.
- Any item that has been modified or USED in any way, or that has been assembled or installed.
- Any item that is not in resalable condition.
- Any personal use products, such as mattresses, pillows and bedding.
- Any item not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by Stylish Design Furniture.
- Any item that has been altered, painted or fixed
- Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
- Any orders that has already shipped.
Please note that returned items found to be in working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a full refund and return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
WARRANTIES
Six Month limited Warranty for Manufacturer Defects from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance. Dining table top is not covered under the warranty.
